SUCROSE VS SUCRALOSE

What is Sucrose ?

Sucrose or table sugar is a carbohydrate that occurs naturally in every fruit and vegetable. It is the main product of photosynthesis, the process by which plants transform the sun's energy into food.

Sucrose (sugar) occurs in large quantities in sugar cane and sugar beets from which it is separated for commercial use.

What is Sucralose ?

Sucralose is an artificial sweetener made ​​from sucrose (sugar).

During manufacturing, sugar molecules are chemically changed by changing the chlorine atom to the hydroxyl group, which is, a pair of oxygen and hydrogen.

The result: No calories, because it is indigested. However, sucralose is 600 times sweeter than sugar.

We already know that sugar is dangerous for health and that is similar as sucralose. Even sucralose have no calories but it gives bad effects to consumers' health.
